
1. A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
2. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited in full. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
3. Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: you will receive 96% of your deposit.
4. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment: you will be charged 75% of the service price and the remaining deposit amount will be refunded.
5. Illness: If you’re feeling ill, exhibiting symptoms, or are feeling uneasy about exposure – please cancel in accordance with our Cancellation Policy to avoid any fees, as they do still apply.
6. How to cancel: reach out via phone, text, or email. The time stamp of your message will be used to determined the time of notice if you can’t reach us right away.
